April's meeting of the Nebraska Coast Connection had not one single fool in attendance as all the hip Nebraska transplants knew to be at CBS on the second Monday of the month.

Actress turned novelist Harley Jane Kozak was the month's special guest. She spoke about the release of her first novel "Dating Dead Men" and told an inspirational story about how it was published after 10 years of writing. Credit the good 'ol Nebraska work ethic. She also spoke about her acting career which started in the world of soaps and commercials before making the jump to the big screen, which was more than fascinating for the actors in attendance.

In the month's wacky Nebraska Moment... Harley Jane had costarred in the film "Necessary Roughness” with Scott Bakula, whom Tim Woodward often schlepped around town during his tenure as a limo driver.
