Jacqueline Rose shot in Nebraska |
Jaqueline Rose is the debut feature film for Nebraska
Indie Producers Two by the Tree Productions. Director
Paul Christian Glenn has written the screenplay, and
the picture is being lensed by cinematographer and art
director Chad M. Leahy.
A fresh young cast kindles this poignant comedy about
a group of old friends who aren’t quite ready to let go of
their youth. Lance (Terry James Glenn) was once a
promising young folk musician who dreamed of
escaping the midwest and making a name for himself,
but lately he can’t seem to focus. He spends his days
moving furniture with his best friend Casey (Nate
Haden), and his nights drinking and dreaming with
straight-talking Trip (Ja'le Youngblood).
Lance is wandering toward oblivion until his high-
school sweetheart Jackie (Janell Wolford) moves back
to town and he suddenly remembers what inspiration
feels like. As life pulls the gang in different directions,
Lance makes a last, desperate gamble to recapture the
past—and unravel life’s greatest mystery.

An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein with Ben Wilson |
Shel Silverstein has this warning for you...

Just when things were lookin' up
He happened to be lookin' down..."
Now it's not a prophecy, not a curse, it's just a "might-be" and the point of it is, you can't always control the way you go when you go.
So it's important to do what you can while you can.
